3M Liquid Coatings
This is a high build polyurethane coating which is ideal for awkward areas around plant and small balconies where traditional sheet form materials cannot be formed into tight spaces. Liquid coatings can be specified to be applied directly to concrete, over-lay existing finishes or a hybrid of both. Guarantees can be offered depending upon specification and period required.

Project: ICS were engaged on a design & build contract to provide a rainscreen system to a
reinforced concrete frame. The façade has an acoustic and fire performance specification behind
the ACM rainscreen panels meeting residential building regulation requirements.

Hythe, Kent
Project value: £60,000.00
Project: ICS have been engaged to provide a twin skinned roof over a barrel vault profile
structural steel frame. The top skin is formed on site from aluminium coil and lifted to roof
level, here it is clamped to halters, previously fixed, using a 110volt hand seamer running over
the roof. ICS will be fitting polyester powder coated trims in due course - watch this site!
