History
The two directors, who had previously worked together for a number of years, formed ICS in 1992, a sub-contracting company specialising in supplying and fixing roof sheeting and cladding systems. During the first few years basic twin skin and composite systems were offered. Innovative design, high standards of finish and strict site programming allowed the company to grow through repeat business and develop a solid client base.
As the company grew its strengths were identified and built upon resulting in ICS diversifying and now producing high standards of work using single ply membranes, steel, Zinc, Terracotta, Aluminium and Ceramic materials.
As demand has grown, premises have improved and staffing numbers increased adding new skills and personalities to the office environment. The company has extensive in-house CAD drawing facilities.
ICS operates nationwide and has provided excellent solutions for projects within the commercial, leisure. retail, industrial, education and residential sectors.

E8 London
Project value: £300,000.00 for 3 blocks.
Project: ICS were engaged on a design & build contract to provide a rainscreen system to a
reinforced concrete frame. The façade has an acoustic and fire performance specification behind
the ACM rainscreen panels meeting residential building regulation requirements.

Hythe, Kent
Project value: £60,000.00
Project: ICS have been engaged to provide a twin skinned roof over a barrel vault profile
structural steel frame. The top skin is formed on site from aluminium coil and lifted to roof
level, here it is clamped to halters, previously fixed, using a 110volt hand seamer running over
the roof. ICS will be fitting polyester powder coated trims in due course - watch this site!
