Bespoke Rainwater Drainage Systems
ICS are able to calculate, design, supply and install rainwater manifold systems to overcome specific project requirements. Indeed most of our roofing projects require us to provide rainwater drainage calculations. Most of the systems fitted have been within large scale manufacturing plants where long runs of pipe work are needed to get rainwater from internal outlets to the outside of the building.

New Dance Studio, Crowborough College

Description:
ICS provided a design, supply and fix service via a main
contractor to East Sussex County Council for a new Dance Studio roof and claddings. Part
of the project was bespoke powder coated aluminium rainwater goods sized to suit the rainwater
run off from the new roof.

Project value: £300,000.00 for 3 blocks.
Project: ICS were engaged on a design & build contract to provide a rainscreen system to a
reinforced concrete frame. The façade has an acoustic and fire performance specification behind
the ACM rainscreen panels meeting residential building regulation requirements.

Hythe, Kent
Project value: £60,000.00
Project: ICS have been engaged to provide a twin skinned roof over a barrel vault profile
structural steel frame. The top skin is formed on site from aluminium coil and lifted to roof
level, here it is clamped to halters, previously fixed, using a 110volt hand seamer running over
the roof. ICS will be fitting polyester powder coated trims in due course - watch this site!
