Over the last few months, despite the challenges of Covid-19 we have had some exciting changes at Industrial Construction (Sussex) Limited, welcoming two new members of staff, three staff promotions and a retirement.

New Staff

Faith Maynard-Downey – Estimating and Marketing Administrator

Faith joined the company in June as Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator on a part time basis working with our in-house marketing team. We are delighted that as of the 1st September, Faith officially joined the team as our full time Estimating and Marketing Administrator working as part ouf our busy Estimating team.

Kevin Stanford – Estimator

The ICS team recently welcomed Kevin to the team. Kevin is our first appointment as a remote worker, but we are confident that with his extensive technical knowledge of the roofing and cladding industry and experience of estimating and securing work,that he will be a valuable addition to the team. We look forward to working with him.

Staff Promotions

Scott Ashton – Flat Roofing Manager

Scott has been with ICS for a number of years in a range of roles; from Site Operative, Estimator to Flat Roofing Contracts Manager. Scott’s role as Flat Roofing Manager now overseas the Flat Roofing team of 4 and estimating elements, ensuring we are offering a high standard service.

Martin Greenham – Estimator 

Martin joined ICS in June 2019 as a Trainee Estimator / Administration Support, his strong work ethic and dedication was reflected in the completion of an NVQ Level 3 in Construction Contracting Operations (Estimating.)

Darren Gray – Flat Roofing Contracts Manager

Since joining the company Darren has shown his growing ability to manage on site operations, with a strong background as both an operative and Flat Roofing Site Supervisor, Darren is an asset to our Flat Roofing Department. We wish him all the best in his new role. 

Retirement

Leigh Croucher – Estimating Director

After nearly 28 Years as Estimating Director and Shareholder of ICS, Leigh Croucher retirement from the business in August.
