Southborough Hub

Project Description

Industrial Construction Sussex have completed the works at Southborough Hub in Tunbridge Wells on behalf of the main contractor Baxall Construction. After a few weeks of precise install of the supporting aluminium framework structure, the Ceramic Tiles were installed on the external façade as well as diamond shaped zinc shingle cladding.

The vertically installed Kerratwin K20 tiles are predominantly matte brown with gloss Southborough red window recess infills to the Medical Centre and horizontally installed Kerratwin K20 tiles in gloss Southborough red to the Community Centre, finished off with Corium Brick Slips to lower level.
