IQRA Primary School

ICS delivered the full flat roofing and rainscreen cladding package for IQRA Clapham Primary School, working in partnership with Baxall Construction to support the development of this modern education facility.

The scheme incorporates high performance Bauder warm roof systems across multiple roof areas, including intensive green roof zones, robust parapet and upstand detailing, and integrated drainage solutions designed for long term durability and weather protection. A Bauder SOLAR PV mounting system was installed to enable future renewable energy generation, supporting the school’s sustainability ambitions.

The façade is completed with Rock panel Metals rainscreen cladding, mineral wool insulation, cavity fire barriers and PPC aluminium window surrounds and rainwater goods, creating a safe, thermally efficient and visually cohesive envelope that matches the architectural intent of the  school.
